Start a New Life Chapter one of Forged in the Fire introduces the reader to King David of Israel at the time he was a young shepherd. David was the youngest in a large family. Although he was disdained by his oldest brothers, God called him to become the King of Israel. In the living room on his family home, David began a lifelong personal relationship with the Living God. He wasn't perfect, nor did he immediately ascent to the throne. What David started was a new life that afternoon, and a new relationship with God that forever changed and shaped his life. As part of chapter one's study, the reader is given the opportunity to begin his or her own relationship with God, and thus start on a journey to become forged in the fire of God's purposes - shaped by his loving hands. If you took the step to commit your future into God's care - Welcome to the Family! This page is for you to contact us, and let us know how we can serve you. We want to help you get connected to a church family in your area, and the author of Forged in the Fire has a free gift for you to help you on your way toward deepening and strengthening your relationship with Christ.
Like any new relationship, you will grow as you spend time with God. You spend time with Him through four simple habits.
These 4 habits are not meant to guarantee that you will never have any trouble. No, Jesus did not promise to rescue us from all the difficulty that could come our way. As a wise minister once said, if you will make these habits part of your daily life, you will be in a good place to hear from God, and He will be able to work in and through your life. If you have started your new life as a Christ follower, Click Here, and let us know.
